The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirteen Million Pesos (php 13,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Epa For The “supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Radiology Equipment For Bucas Center.” Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
