The Framework Agreement Covers the Danish Building Authority's Projects in the Field of Construction and Civil Engineering. There May Therefore Be a Great Diversity in the Types of Tasks the Danish Building Authority Must Have Performed Under the Framework Agreement. The Tasks May, for Example, Be Maintenance Tasks on Climate Shields, Technical Installations and Facilities in Terrain, and Projects in the Field of Renovations on Office and University Properties. The General Consultant Must Primarily Provide Advice on Tasks Relating to Renovation, Renovation, Exterior and Interior Maintenance Work. The Framework Agreement Is Divided Into Three Sub-Agreements. Sub-Agreement 1: The Capital, Sub-Agreement 2, Zealand, DTU Risø, Funen and the Islands, Sub-Agreement 3: Jutland See Appendix H for a Further Overview of the Geographical Division of the Sub-Agreements. The Framework Agreement Is Estimated to Have a Total Value of DKK 290 Million, Taken Together for All Sub-Agreements Throughout the Term of the Agreement. In addition to the Danish Building Agency, other contracting authorities will also have the opportunity to draw on the framework agreement, which is further defined in Appendix I, Overview of Other Contracting Authorities.
