Contract notice: It is about treating, through this study, the levels of acceptability of development policies to reduce the place of the car in the city center. The study aims to publish a methodological guide to conduct these steps, dealing with their modalities (association, communication, consultation, consultation, coconception, negotiation with actors / users) and management options (techniques, related to active mobility) or management (parking organization, pricing, intelligent parking) and this in order to have recommendations and recommendations based on different configurations of small or medium cities. This guide will build on work in this study on 2 cities of the channel selected by the ddtm.
