The GA ensures: - Economical and optimal regulation and control of all TGA facilities - Central operating hour counting - Central limit value monitoring - Cross-system energy optimization through central energy management - Minimization of maintenance effort - Fault and event statistics - Relief for specialist personnel 481 Automation facilities An automation focus (ASP) is created in the operating room. The ASP contains the following systems: - Heat supply system - Air conditioning systems - High-voltage systems - Hazard detection and alarm system - Conveyor system All GA-relevant TGA facilities in the building are listed in the GA function list. The number of ASP data points is also listed. The necessary data points are determined using the automation diagrams and the data point list in accordance with VDI 3814. The required functions arise from the TGA requirements. 482 Control cabinets The control cabinet consists of a power section and an automation section. The power section contains the voltage supply for the ASP and all field devices. Safety-relevant devices for which redundancy is required due to safety regulations are not provided. The performance characteristics of the control cabinet are determined according to the requirements of the TGA. 483 Automation management The transmission devices to the management level are determined according to the requirements of the TGA. The automation level is connected entirely to the existing management level of the Justus Liebig University and this is expanded accordingly. 483 Cables, lines and laying systems The cables are laid on existing cable routes with a separator for separate laying of high-voltage and measuring or signaling lines, as well as in heat-resistant protective pipes in the area of heat-conducting installations. An overvoltage protection device is provided in the measuring line for the outside temperature sensor.
