For Tuguegarao To Ilocos Norte- The Assembly Time For Buses Shall Be At Least 3 Hours Before Departure In May 2025 (final Schedule Shall Be Provided Later) At The Cagayan Sports Complex, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. B. Departure Time From Ilocos Norte Will Be In May 2025 (final Schedule Shall Be Provided Later).
