Details: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for works with one supplier for the execution of construction works within the framework of the construction "reconstruction of Road III/4648 Bohučovice, Km 2.500 - 2.925". This is a continuous repair of the road surface, the purpose of which is to eliminate the emergency construction and technical condition of the road. The section of Road III/4648 in question is located in an extra-urban area, in an undeveloped area between the municipality of Bohučovice and the Bohučovice quarry, approximately 2 km southeast of the city of Hradec Nad Moravicí. This is a Class III road with a road crown width of 7 m. The total length of the modification is 422.78 m. The drainage ratios of the road are not changed. The construction modification of the road is based on the performed road diagnostics and the subsequent recommendation by an accredited laboratory. The proposal consists of the rehabilitation of the edges of the roadway, including the rehabilitation of the active zone in damaged areas, and then the full-area cold recycling of the existing surface and the subsequent laying of asphalt layers. Technological procedure: • Milling of the asphalt layer in two steps of 2x4 cm. The Wear Layer Will Be Used for Reuse, the Base Layer Will Be Landfilled Like Other Asphalt Waste Under Code 1700302 • Roadside Edge Rehabilitation, Return of Bitumen Layer • Ditch Restoration – Not Part of Construction Management • Milling, Reprofiling to the Required Slope Ratios and Layer Compaction – Unconsolidated Base Layer Rs (in Place) 200 Mm Thick According to Tp 208, • Infiltration Spraying of Cationic Asphalt Emulsion in the Amount of Residual Asphalt 0.6 – 1.0kg/m2, • Asphalt Concrete Base Layer for Acl 16+ Tl. 60 Mm, • Joint Spraying From Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Intended For Joint Spraying In The Amount Of Residual Asphalt 0.2 – 0.6 Kg/m2, Mm According To Čsn En 13108.
