Project Title Invitation For Request For Quotation (rfq) For The Lease Of Venue And Full-board Accommodation, For The Twenty (20) Participants For A 3-day And 2-night Stay, For The Conduct Of Year-end Conference Cum Anti-vawc Activity Of The Bureau Of The Treasury Mimaropa Region To Be Held On December 5-7, 2024 In The Island Of Occidental Mindoro. 2. Description To Invite Potential Provider For The Lease Of Venue And Full-board Accommodation For The Conduct Of Year-end Conference Cum Anti-vawc Activity Of The Bureau Of The Treasury Mimaropa Region To Be Attended By The Twenty (20) Personnel Coming From The Different Provinces In Mimaropa Region. The Locale Shall Be In The Island Of Occidental Mindoro Being The Preferred Venue Location. Quotation Bids Shall Be Limited From The Area Of Mamburao And Abra De Ilog. The Venue Provider Shall Both Cater A Conference Area For The Conduct Of Meeting And An Open/spacious Area For The Conduct Of Social Activities. It Shall Also Provide Full-board Accommodation For All The Participants. The Event Is Scheduled To Be Held On December 5-7, 2024. 3. Agency Budget Estimate The Bureau Of The Treasury, Through The General Appropriations Act, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (p 118,400.00), Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Needed Lease Of Venue And Full-board Accommodation For The Conduct Of Year-end Conference Cum Anti-vawc Activity Of The Bureau Of The Treasury Mimaropa Region To Be Held On December 5-7, 2024 In The Island Of Occidental Mindoro. Quotations Received In Excess Of The Total Budget Estimate Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 4. Project Duration, Delivery And Acceptance The Activity Shall Commence On December 5, 2024 And Will End On December 7, 2024. The Provider Shall: • Include Transportation Services That Will Pick-up Participants From The Port To The Venue And Vice-versa On The Arrival And Departure Dates • Full-board Accommodation Shall Be Provided As Scheduled That Will Start From Check-in Time On December 5, 2024 To Check-out Time On December 7, 2024. • Our Choice Of Meals, Which Include Breakfast, Am And Pm Snacks, Lunch And Dinner Shall Be Served In Buffet Or Plated Set-up Whichever Is Applicable • The Proposed Accommodation Shall Provide A Venue For The Conduct Of The Meetings And Socials/fellowship Within The Duration Of Stay • The Venue Provided Must Be Spacious Enough To Comfortably Accommodate All The Participants, With A Complete Set-up Of Tables And Chairs, Well-lighted, With Basic Meeting Necessities Such As Lcd Projector With Sufficient Screen, Sound System, Microphones, Etc. 5. Other Requirements In Compliance With The Required Rules And Regulation On The Procurement Process, Please Submit Additional Documentary Requirements, To Wit: 1. Certificate Of Philgeps Registration 2. Dti Certificate Or Sec Certificate Of Registration 3. Mayor’s Permit 4. Tax Clearance Certificate All Additional Terms And Conditions Required For The Execution Of The Project Will Be Outlined In The Contract. The Bureau Of The Treasury Mimaropa Region Reserves The Right To Refuse Any Terms It Considers Unnecessary Or Unfavorable, Without Any Obligation Or Liability To The Affected Provider. Additionally, In Cases Of Unforeseen Events, Such As Typhoons, Earthquakes, Or Similar Occurrences, The Bureau Of The Treasury Reserves The Right To Amend Or Modify The Contractual Terms Prior To The Occurrence Of Such Events.
