The Bureau Of Soils And Water Management (bswm), Through The National Expenditure Program For Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Nine Hundred Twenty-thousand Pesos (php 7,920,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rental Of Photocopier For Bswm Central Office For Cy 2025-ib No: Bswm-2025-00-18. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bswm Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Consecutive Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
