The Bureau Of Soils And Water Management (bswm), Through The General Appropriation Act For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of: Lot 1 - Procurement Of Supply And Delivery Of Modified Technology Package On Composting Facility For Biodegradable Wastes For Cy 2024 (m-cfbw) Abc: Php 892,500,000.00 Lot 2 - Procurement Of Supply And Delivery Of Technology Package On Composting Facility For Biodegradable Wastes For Cy 2024 With Attachment (cfbw- With Attachment) Abc: Php 1,092,500,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bswm Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Indicated On Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirement. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
