Required Services Include But Are Not Limited To Reviewing Contractor Required Submittal Number (rsn) For Accuracy And Completeness, Reviewing Contractor Requests For Information; Reviewing Contractor Requests For Changes, Reviewing Contractor Requests For Proposals, Reviewing Contractor Claims, And Conducting Site Visits To Help Resolve Construction Issues, Check On The Progress Of The Work And Support Commissioning Efforts. The Estimated Cost Of The Construction Phase Services Is More Than $10,000,000. This Notice Is Not A Request For Competitive Proposals And No Solicitation Will Be Issued; However, Any System For Award Management (sam) Registered Firm That Can Meet The Requirement May Give A Written Notification To The Contracting Officer In The Form Of A Capability Statement, Including An Explanation On How The Contractor Would Be Able To Effectively And Efficiently Operate In The Same Footprint As The Current Contractor.
