The Bureau Of Plant Industry (bpi), Through The Pss-rice- Upgrading Of Nsqcs Seed Processing Facility Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Pesos (php5,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Labor, Services And Materials For The Improvement Of Nsqcs Building Region Iii, Nueva Ecija With Itb Pr No. 3434-24bac.
