The Bureau Of Plant Industry (bpi), Through The Orda-centers-baguio-cont Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Three Hundred Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-six And 58/100 Pesos (php3,308,846.58) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Labor Services And Materials For The Construction Of Lam-ayan Access Pathway With Itb Pr No. 3666-24bac. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bpi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed.
