The Bureau Of Plant Industry (bpi), Through The Quarantine Services Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million (php12,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of 4x4 Pick-up (mt) With Itb Pr No. 3856-24bac.
