Bpi-nsqcs Region 02-bac Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Quotation, Annul The Procurement Process And Reject All Quotations At Anytime Prior To The Award Of Purchase Order Without Hereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Lessors.
