Description Invitation To Bid For Fy 2025 Early Procurement Activities (epa) Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Lot Of Various Drugs And Medicines For The Month Of March 2025 1. The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology Regional Office Iii (bjmpro-iii) Through The Implementation Of Early Procurement Activities (epa) Pursuant To Gppb Circular No. 06-2019 Dated July 17, 2019 (guidelines On The Implementing Of Early Procurement Activities) And/or Through The General Appropriations Act Fiscal Year 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Three Hundred One Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (php 4,301,700.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology Regional Office-iii (bjmpro-iii) Now Invites Bid For The Above Procurement Project. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
