The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology Xi Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Three Hundred Eighty-two Thousand One Hundred Ninety-three Pesos & Seventy-five Centavos (₱ 2,382,193.75) And The Procurement Of 1 Lot Various Drugs And Medicines For The Month Of March Cy 2025 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract Of 1 Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology Xi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 10 Calendar Days After Receiving The Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 10 Calendar Days After Receiving The Purchase Order From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
