Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology Regional Office-vii Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Partial Delivery Is Strictly Not Allowed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders).
