Description Invitation To Bid For The Construction Of Perimeter Fence At Brookes Point District Jail 1. The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology Mimaropa Region, Through The National Expenditure Program Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventeen Million Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (php 17,460,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Project: Construction Of Perimeter Fence At Brookes Point District Jail With Contract No. 2025-pf-bpdj. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology Mimaropa Region Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. This Project Is Undertaken Through Early Procurement Activities (epa). This Shall Include, But Not Limited To The: 2.1 Rules And Procedures Of The Epa; 2.2 Fixed Price Rule In Procurement; 2.3 Extension Of The Bid Validity And Security; 2.4 Validity Of Requirement Prior To The Award Of The Contract; 2.5 Conditions Of The Award; And 2.6 Date Of Earliest Delivery. The Bjmp Mimaropa Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Perimeter Fence At Brookes Point District Jail, Palawan. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Bjmp Mimaropa Through Its Bac Secretariat And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8am To 5pm. 5.
