The Bureau Of Internal Revenue – National Office (bir-no), Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Six Hundred Eight Pesos (php 1,573,608.00) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For P.b. No. 2025-18 (goods) – Procurement Of Office Equipment – Paper Shredders, Printers And Scanners For Cy 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bir-no Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Period Of Delivery Shall Be Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3.
