The Tribe Does Have A Tero Ordinance That Will Apply, Copy Attached. Description: The Contractor Shall Provide All Personnel, Equipment, Supplies, Facilities, Transportation, Tools, Materials, Supervision, And Other Items And Non-personal Services Necessary To Perform The Reconstruction Of The Otoe-missouria Parking Lots As Defined In This Statement Of Work. The Contractor Shall Perform To The Standards In This Contract. Project Location: The Work To Be Performed Under This Contract Will Be Performed At The Otoe-missouria Tribal Complex Is Located 15 Miles North Of Ponca City, Ok, On Highway 177. Magnitude Of Project: As Required Under Far Part 36.204, Project Magnitude Is Between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.for Informational Purposes, The North American Industry Classification Code (naics) Is 237310 - Highway, Street, And Bridge Construction With A Size Standard Of $39.5mil.site Visit: A Formal Site Visit Has Been Scheduled.
