Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bfar-10 Now Invites Bids For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With The Provisions Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Ten (10) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice Of Award/proceed.
