The Bureau Of Fisheries And Aquatic Resources (bfar-10), Through The National Expenditure Program For Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (p5,500,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of The Labor And Materials For The Installation Of High Density Polyethylene (hdpe) Cages Under The Saad Program Phase 2 Cy 2025 With Identification No. Itb#2024-11-017. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bfar-10 Now Invites Bids For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With The Provisions Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Ten (10) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice Of Award/proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
