Description Job-order/labor Service Only For The Establishment Of 120 Units Seaweed Nurseries For Official Use In The Implementation Of Boosting Aquaculture Through The Establishment Of Seaweed Nurseries To The Qualified Project Beneficiaries Families, Association, Organization And/or Cooperatives In Zamboanga Peninsula 120 Units Labor Cost (set-up Of Anchors, Floaters, Mooring Lines, Tying Of Propagules And Planting) Terms And Conditions: • Should Be Established In The Identified/target Areas For Seaweed Nurseries Allocated In The City/provincial Fishery Office Of Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga Del Sur, Zamboanga Del Norte And Isabela City. • Must Follow The Approved Design And Program Of Work Of The Project. Allocation Per Cfo/pfos • Zamboanga City – 24 Units • Zamboanga Sibugay – 28 Units • Zamboanga Del Norte – 20 Units • Zamboanga Del Sur – 40 Units • Isabela City, Basilan – 8 Units 1. The Bureau Of Fisheries And Aquatic Resources, Through The General Appropriation Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Of Two Million And Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 2,400,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For "job-order/labor Service Only For The Establishment Of 120 Units Seaweed Nurseries For Official Use In The Implementation Of Boosting Aquaculture Through The Establishment Of Seaweed Nurseries To The Qualified Project Beneficiaries Families, Association, Organization And/or Cooperatives In Zamboanga Peninsula”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Fisheries And Aquatic Resources, Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Three Hundred Calendar Days (300 Cd). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Bureau Of Fisheries And Aquatic Resources And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8 Am To 5 Pm During Office Hours. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On October 8, 2024, From Given Address And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Php 5,000.00.
