The Bureau Of Fire Protection Region 11 – Regional Headquarters, Through The Gaa 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of ₱ 2,098,352.94 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Laptops For Bfp Region 11 (bfpxi-4q24-116). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
