Facility (dcf). The Intended Contractor Is Undercurrency Sa De Cv. The Government Intends To Award A Sole Source Contract Utilizing A Justification & Approval In Accordance With Far 13.106-1(b). the Office Of Quality Operations Seeks To Add To Its Existing Capabilities With A New System For The Evaluation And Prediction Of Banknotes Durability That Meets Or Exceeds The Specified Requirements. The System For The Evaluation And Prediction Of Banknote Durability Will Be Used For The Evaluation And Prediction Of Banknote Durability At A Laboratory Setting.. a Determination Not To Compete This Requirement Is Solely Within The Discretion Of The Government. Information Received Will Be Considered Solely For The Purpose Of Determining Whether To Conduct A Competitive Procurement.
