Description Description The Bureau Of Customs (boc), Through Its Port Of Zamboanga, Will Undertake Procurement Thru Small Value Procurement For Disinfection Service Germ Proofing, In Accordance With The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184. The Details Of The Project Are As Follows: Name Of Project : Disinfection Service Germ Proofing Location : Boc Port Of Zamboanga Approved Budget For Contract: Php 70,000.00 (tax Inclusive) Contract Duration: Month Of March, June, September And December Brief Description: *php 17,500 Per Month Interested Bidders Are Required To Submit Their Valid And Current Mayor’s Permit And Philgeps Registration Certificate, And Duly Signed Price Quotation Form (annex “a”). Submission Of Quotation And Eligibility Documents Is On Or Before January 28, 2025, 10:00 A.m. At The Boc-customer Care Center, Port Area, Zamboanga City. Award Of Contract Shall Be Made To The Lowest Quotation, Which Complies With The Minimum Description As Stated Above And Other Terms And Conditions Stated In The Price Quotation Form. Any Interlineations, Erasures Or Overwriting Shall Be Valid Only If They Are Signed Or Initialed By The Bidder Or His/her Duly Authorized Representative/s.
