The Bureau Of Corrections, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of 2021 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Four Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (₱1,704,860.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Ict Supplies With Identification Number Itb 2021-021. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Corrections Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Four (4) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
