The Bureau Of Animal Industry, Through The Gaa Fund (fy 2023 Continuing Appropriations) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Thousand (p1,200,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Office Equipment For Cefa Sites (4 Lots) Under Ib No. Cefa-sb-2024-017 For Four (4) Lots Described As Follows: Lot No. Description Approved Budget For The Contract 1 Cefa Manila – Office Equipment Php 300,000.00 2 Cefa Bulacan – Office Equipment Php 300,000.00 3 Cefa Davao Del Norte - Office Equipment Php 300,000.00 4 Cefa Zambales - Office Equipment Php 300,000.00 Total Approved Budget For The Contract Php 1,200,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Animal Industry Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
