The Bureau Of Animal Industry, Through The Gaa Fund (fy 2023 Continuing Appropriations) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Thousand (p1,200,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Semi-expendable, Ict Equipment For Cefa Sites (4 Lots) Under Ib No. Cefa-sb-2024-020 For Four (4) Lots Described As Follows: Lot No. Description Approved Budget For The Contract 1 Semi-expendable Ict Equipment (cefa – Manila) Php 300,000.00 2 Semi-expendable Ict Equipment (cefa – Bulacan) Php 300,000.00 3 Semi-expendable Ict Equipment (cefa – Davao Del Norte) Php 300,000.00 4 Semi-expendable Ict Equipment (cefa – Zambales) Php 300,000.00 Total Approved Budget For The Contract Php 1,200,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Animal Industry Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
