The Bureau Of Animal Industry, Through The Gaa Fund (fy 2023 Continuing Appropriations) Intends To Apply The Sum Eight Million Pesos (p8,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Ict Equipment For Cefa Sites (4 Lots) Under Ib No. Cefa-sb-2024-018 For Four (4) Lots Described As Follows: Lot No. Description Approved Budget For The Contract 1 Ict Equipment (cefa – Manila) 2,000,000.00 2 Ict Equipment (cefa – Davao Del Norte) 2,000,000.00 3 Ict Equipment (cefa – Zambales) 2,000,000.00 4 Ict Equipment (cefa – Bulacan) 2,000,000.00 Total Approved Budget For The Contract Php 8, 000,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Animal Industry Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
