The Bureau Of Animal Industry, Through The Gaa Fund (fy 2023 Continuing Appropriations) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand (1,940,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Semi-expendable - Office Equipment For Cefa Sites (4 Lots) Under Ib No. Cefa-sb-2024-019 For Four (4) Lots Described As Follows: Lot No. Description Approved Budget For The Contract 1 Semi-expendable, Office Equipment (cefa-davao Del Norte) 485,000.00 2 Semi-expendable, Office Equipment (cefa-bulacan) 485,000.00 3 Semi-expendable, Office Equipment (cefa-zambales) 485,000.00 4 Semi-expendable, Office Equipment (cefa-manila) 485,000.00 Total Approved Budget For The Contract Php 1,940,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Animal Industry Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 120 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
