Description Re-negotiated Procurement Due To Two (2) – Failed Biddings Procurement Of Plumbing Materials (g-2024-13) (framework Agreement) In View Of The Two (2) Failed Biddings, The Bulacan State University , Through Its Bids And Awards Committee For Goods And Services , Invites Philgeps Registered , Technically , Legally, And Financially Capable Suppliers To Participate In The Re-negotiated Procurement For The Procurement Of Plumbing Materials (g-2024-13) , In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of The Republic Act No. 9184. The Bulacan State University (bulsu), Using A Single-year Framework Agreement Through The General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱ 1,501,350.00) Being The Approved Budget Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Re-negotiated Procurement For The Procurement Of Plumbing Materials (g-2024-13) Framework Agreement). Quotations/proposals/offers Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Quotations/proposals/offers Opening. The Bulacan State University (bulsu) Now Invites Quotations/proposals/offers For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Twenty (20) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of 1st Call-off By Supplier And/or As The Need Arises And Within Forty (40) Calendar Days For Items 17, 27, 51 And 52 Upon Receipt Of 2nd Call-off By Supplier And/or As The Need Arises. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Quotations/proposals/offers On July 08, 2024, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Negotiation Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Negotiation Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183.
