The Bukidnon State University, Through The Fy 2024 (fund 101, 164-main & Sc) Budget Approved By The Board Of Regents Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Forty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred Five Pesos (php 348,805.00) For Lot A-fund 101-main;one Million Nine Hundred Ninety-three Thousand One Hundred Fifty-pesos (php 1,993,150.00) For Lot B-fund 164-main; One Million One Hundred Sixty-four Thousand One Hundred Pesos (php 1,164,100.00) For Lot C-fund 101-sc; Seven Hundred Sixty-three Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 763,350.00) For Lot D-fund 164-sc With The Total Amount Of Four Million Two Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand Four Hundred Five Pesos (php 4,269,405.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Consolidated Ict Supplies (main And Satellite Campuses-sub-lot) With Identification Number Gs-p24-2024-05-13. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bukidnon State University Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Sixty Calendar Days (60 Cd). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years (may 13, 2022- May 13, 2024) From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
