Description: Contract notice – general guidelines, standard rules, open procedure (construction work) Building cleaning work for the new daycare center in Heldenbergen Building cleaning work Building cleaning work for the new construction of a 5-room daycare center with 13 residential units. The existing daycare center in the Heldenbergen district is becoming too small. The planned expansion of the town of Nidderau means that the range of daycare centers needs to be expanded. This need will be met by the planned new construction of the Kita Allee Mitte II. The new building is planned as a wedge-shaped, two-storey standard building, with the daycare center on the ground floor and 13 apartments on the upper floor. The total length of the complex is approximately 60.00 m x 25.00 m on average. The gross floor area ground floor + upper floor is approximately 2,586 m². The new building will be constructed as a two-storey solid structure without a basement. The roof will be constructed partly as a solid flat roof with bituminous sealing, partly as a wooden roof truss with nail plate trusses, which means that the group rooms of the daycare center and the apartments above stand out as individual houses. The facades will be constructed partly as a ventilated, curtain facade with wooden cladding, partly as a thermal insulation composite system, in compliance with the current requirements. The windows and external doors will be constructed as triple glazing. The summer heat protection of the window areas is provided by external venetian blinds and roller shutters.
