The plan is to build a 3-storey L-shaped new building in timber construction with KfW 40+ standard. The attic mainly houses technical systems without lounges. The project is to be classified as GK 3. A timber construction is planned for the type of construction. External walls as a timber frame construction with a wooden curtain shell, load-bearing internal walls as solid wood walls and cross-laminated timber ceilings. Wooden windows with colored aluminum external panels. Partially greened flat roof with terrace. Slab foundation with corresponding downdraft in the area of the retention basin. In accordance with the KfW 40+ standard, heating is provided by an air-water heat pump via underfloor heating with possible light cooling function via component activation.
