The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years for the same or similar service. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
