Details: The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is Construction Work Consisting of the Construction (new construction) of a Path for Pedestrians and Cyclists with Mixed Traffic (hereinafter Also Just the "path"). The length of the trail is 2320 m. The trail begins at the station in the southeastern part of the town of Veselí nad Lužnicí, where it connects to the existing road - A. Jiráska Street. From A. Jiráska Street, the trail leads in an undeveloped area, along the embankment of the disused railway line to the station at km 1.69. In this section, the trail crosses existing bridge structures and crosses 3 roads. At Staniční Km 1.69 it is routed next to the existing siding and at Staniční Km 1.79 it connects to the existing local communication -ul. At the cooperative, where it is already conducted in the existing development. The surface of the street at the cooperative, in the part where the path is led in the form of double-sided pictograms, is designed for replacement. Behind this road, at the Km 2.04 station, the trail follows the route of the existing asphalt pavement strip, and at the Km 2.32 station, it connects to the road - Nádražní Street. The trail is designed with an asphalt surface 3.0 meters wide with a two-sided unpaved shoulder 0.5 meters wide. At the Km 0.1 – Km 1.36 station, a two-sided steel railing with a height of 1.3 m is designed, at Km 1.4 – 1.6 a left-sided steel railing with a height of 1.3 m is designed to protect pedestrians and cyclists on the path. At the Km 0.54 and Km 1.49 stations, rest areas with a paved surface and appropriate equipment (benches, shelter, bike rack, trash can) are designed. The rest area at Km 1.49 is connected to the trail connection to the existing local road, also with a paved surface. The total built-up area is 8580 m2. Details: Description Background The Government Of The Philippines (gop) Has Received A Loan From The International Bank For Reconstruction And Development (ibrd Or The “bank”), Specifically Under Loan Agreement For Ibrd Loan No. 8421-ph Dated September 8, 2014 In Amount Equivalent To Five Hundred One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars (us$501,250,000) For The Purpose Of Part-financing The Philippine Rural Development Project (prdp), And Another Loan From The Same Bank In The Amount Of One Hundred And Seventy Million United State Dollars ($170,000,000), Under Loan Agreement For Ibrd No. 8816-ph Dated March 2, 2018, For The Purpose Of Providing Additional Financing To Scale Up The Original Project. The Development Objective Of The Project Is To Increase Rural Incomes And Enhance Farm And Fishery Productivity In Targeted Areas In All The 16 Regions Of The Country. It Is Envisaged To Promote More Inclusive Rural Development By Supporting Smallholders And Fisher-folk To Increase Their Marketable Surpluses, And By Improving Access To Markets. This Aims To Strengthen And Develop Viable Rural Agro-industries Through Investments In The Appropriate Segments Of Efficient Value Chains Of Key Agricultural And Fishery Products In Targeted Project Areas. Reviews And Endorses All Technical/bidding Requirements For The Requests Of Ol Or Nol 2; 9. Schedules And Helps In The Conduct Of Training On Contract Management And Supervision Skills Training And Material Testing And Quality Control Training; 10.
