Details: As part of a Seine River Bank Development Project between the Asnières-sur-Seine Bridge and the Clichy Bridge, led by the Hauts-de-Seine Departmental Council, VNF, in its capacity as manager of the river network and the public river domain, must move the Nieuport boat currently parked at Pk 23,000 in the town of Asnières-sur-Seine and relocate it to a new parking point upstream of the Gennevilliers Bridge in Clichy at Pk 24,500. The Nieuport is a non-motorized ferrocement barge belonging to a private individual who until now had a parking permit. The Barge Must Be Moved Without Damage And Allow Its Owner To Maintain Its Use (Professional Activity) Once Parked At Its New Docking Point.
