Details: 1. General The bridge over the ditch on the L 230 is in Hirschfelde. It crosses the Gamengrund border stream and is in the Barnim district. The structure is a SBG 66 fixed bridge and a temporary steel bridge. The abutments are flat foundations and date from 1930, while the superstructure is from 1994. The total length of the structure is 8.47m with a width of 6.37m. The load index is IV and the bridge class is 30/30. There is flaking of the concrete on the top of the superstructure. There is rusting and leaf rust formation on the hollow boxes on the underside of the superstructure. The edge beams are covered in moss in some areas. The abutments are made of masonry bricks and are currently prevented from tipping over by a wooden bracing structure. The masonry is partially loose and has only minor connection points with the bracing. The joint mortar is loose or broken in places. The curb is offset, has sunk and the joint filler is missing. The existing railing is rusted and does not comply with the applicable regulations. The road surface is worn and broken, transverse joints have not been formed. There is no embankment staircase and the structure is therefore not accessible. Embankment paving and building sign are also missing. Due to the VG damage, a replacement building is planned. In order to carry out the planning, a subsoil investigation is required to determine the subsoil situation and the storage conditions of the subsoil layers as well as information on the maximum or design groundwater level. Before work begins, the location of the starting points must be agreed with the client at an on-site appointment. Soil samples are to be taken from the direct subsoil surveys for earthworks and chemical laboratory tests. Mixed samples of the soil are to be taken for contamination analyses and a water sample for testing for concrete aggressiveness. Tar content analyses (determination of PAH content, benzapyrene value and phenol index) are to be carried out on the asphalt samples. The samples of the unbound base layer are to be examined for contaminating ingredients in accordance with EBV (bm and Rc building materials) in the solids and eluate. The position and height of the drilling points are to be measured. The subsoil layers and the results of the dynamic probing are to be recorded in layer lists in accordance with DIN 4022, Part 1 or in ramming reports in accordance with DIN 4094, Appendix B. The results of the subsoil investigations and the laboratory analyses are to be submitted to the Ag in the subsoil report including a foundation recommendation and information on water retention in two copies in paper format and as a CD. The bridge carries water. The water level can rise on both sides of the front walls after rainfall. 2. Information about the construction site The bridge is located between Hirschfelde and Gielsdorf on the L230. From Gielsdorf to the northwest, the bridge is reached after about 2.5 km in a wooded area. This begins after the Gamengrund. The procurement and safe disposal of drinking and industrial water is the responsibility of the contractor and must be factored into the individual prices. The electricity required to carry out the subsoil investigations is to be provided by the contractor. The necessary storage space cannot be made available by the contractor. 2.1 Facilities in the construction area The contractor is liable for all supply and disposal facilities in the construction area. It is obliged to contact the facility owners in good time and to clarify all questions relating to the execution of the subsoil work. 2.2 Traffic management/traffic safety Traffic safety must be carried out in accordance with the RSA's Cii/2 standard plan (short-term work site with mobile warning sign). The contractor must apply for a traffic order from the State Road Authority, Eberswalde office, 10 days before work begins.
