The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed at least one similar work worth 35% of the tender value, i.e., Rs. 107.94 Lac, or at least two similar works worth 25% each of the tender value, i.e., Rs. 77.10 Lac, in the last five years prior to the bid submission deadline. The bidder should have experience in civil engineering construction works and should provide certificates from an officer of the rank not below Executive Engineer of the government or semi-government. The value of similar works completed should be indexed according to the escalation factor provided. The bidder should also provide information on their annual turnover data for civil and allied works, including the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next year. The bidder is required to invest a minimum cash amount of up to 20% of the contract value of the work during the implementation of the contract. Additionally, the bidder should have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities not less than 20% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 61.68 Lac. The bidder should have completed at least two similar works worth 25% each of the tender value (Rs. 77.10 Lac) or a single similar work worth 35% of the tender value (Rs. 107.94 Lac). The bidder should also have completed 25% of the estimated cost of major items of civil works in a single project executed in the last five years. The values are indexed with escalation factors for different years, ranging from 1.10 to 1.61.
