The bidder is required to have experience in Civil Engineering work, specifically in similar works such as Water Supply and Sanitation work, Electrical work, Fire Fighting work, IT and Communication work, EPBAX, Lift, and HVAC work. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work worth 35% of the tender value, i.e., Rs. 136.11 Lac, within the last five years prior to the bid submission deadline. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least two similar works worth 25% each of the tender value, i.e., Rs. 97.22 Lac, within the last five years. The bidder must have completed similar works as a prime contractor over the last five years, with a total value of at least Rs. 25 Crore. The bidder must also have completed works in the last five years with a minimum value of Rs. 2 Crore (6 years and 4 years), Rs. 3 Crore (5 years), and Rs. 4 Crore (5 years).
