The required prior work experience for the bidder involves having successfully completed or substantially completed "similar works" during the last 07 years. The similar works can be one of the following: i. One similar completed/ executed work costing not less than Rs. 358.00 Lakh, ii. Two similar completed/ executed works costing not less than Rs. 223.00 Lakh each, iii. Three similar completed/ executed works costing not less than Rs. 179.00 Lakhs each.
Substantial completion is based on 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. For piping work along with supply of piping material, fabrication, and erection work, 30% for fabrication work and 20% for erection work will be considered. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
