To determine the bid capacity, we look at the eligibility criteria which include having executed similar works of specific values. The criteria are: - One similar work of value not less than Rs. 6,48,89,718.00, - Or two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 4,86,67,289.00, - Or three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 3,24,44,859.00. These values can be adjusted using the formula: Enhanced Value = Actual Value * (1 + 0.07 * number of years), where the number of years is calculated from the date of completion to the previous day of the last day of submission of the bid.

The bidder must have completed similar works of a certain magnitude within the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works, each with a value of not less than Rs. 3,24,44,859.00
- Two similar works, each with a value of not less than Rs. 4,86,67,289.00
- One similar work with a value of not less than Rs. 6,48,89,718.00 The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder must have also executed a similar nature of work in the J&K region during the last 05 years. The similar works are defined as "Supplying and erection of PUF Shelters or civil works."
