The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed similar works in the last seven years. The similar works should meet one of the following criteria: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work. - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the work. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work. Substantially completed work means those works which are 90% completed on the date of submission and continuing satisfactorily. The bidder should submit a list of works completed or substantially completed in the last 7 years, along with performance certificates and/or completion certificates from clients for the works that prove the eligibility criteria. Similar work is defined as Surfacing/Resurfacing works with DBM/BM/BC/AC. The bidder needs to provide details such as the name of the work, brief scope of work, name and address of the employer/client, accepted contract amount, date of commencement of work, original and extended date of completion, actual date of completion, cost of completed work, and cost of balance work. No specific amount of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder needs to have working capital and/or credit facilities more than 10% of the estimated cost of the work. The percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost of the work for three, two, and one similar work respectively.
