The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works, specifically Bituminous Surfacing Works, with certain cost requirements. The requirements are as follows: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work. These works should have been completed or substantially completed (90% completed) in the last seven and current financial years. The bidder needs to submit a list of completed or substantially completed works, along with performance certificates from clients to prove their experience. Additionally, they must calculate and submit their Available Bid Capacity (ABC) based on their annual turnover of civil engineering works constructed in the last five years.
