The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar projects in the last 7 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. For Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover projects, the bidder should have completed at least one project with a length not less than 80% of the longest span or 100m, whichever is less, and 40% of the length of the Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover or 2km, whichever is less. The cost of such similar project should be at least: * Two similar completed works with a length not less than or equal to 25% each of the cost of the Major Bridges/ROB/Flyovers. * One similar completed work with a length not less than or equal to 35% of the cost of the Major Bridges/ROB/Flyovers. For Tunnel projects, the bidder should have completed at least one tunnel project with a cross-sectional area of at least 80% of the tunnel to be constructed or a cross-sectional area of 2-lane highway tunnel, whichever is less, and 40% length of the tunnel to be constructed or 2 km, whichever is less. The cost of such project should be at least: * Two similar completed works with a length not less than or equal to 25% each of the estimated cost of the tunnel. * One similar completed work with a length not less than or equal to 35% of the estimated cost of the tunnel. Additionally, the bidder should have experience across different categories, with weights assigned to each category. The bidder should also have a minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 21.53 Crore, which is 20% of the Estimated Project cost, for the last 5 financial years. For Categories 1 and 2, the project should have been undertaken as a PPP project, and the entity claiming experience should have held at least 26% equity in the company owning the Eligible Project. The capital cost of the project should be more than 5% (for projects up to 100 Crore) or 10% (for projects more than 100 Crore) of the Estimated Project Cost. The entity should have undertaken the construction of the project for an amount equal to at least one half of the Project Cost. For Categories 3 and 4, the Bidder should have received payments from clients for construction works executed, and only amounts actually received during the 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date shall qualify. Receipts of less than 10% of the Estimated Project Cost shall not be reckoned as receipts for Eligible Projects. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 26% equity holding in the company owning the Eligible Project - 5% of the Estimated Project Cost for projects up to 100 Crore - 10% of the Estimated Project Cost for projects more than 100 Crore - 10% of the Estimated Project Cost as the minimum receipt for Eligible Projects under Categories 3 and 4 - One half of the Project Cost as the minimum construction amount undertaken by the entity claiming experience - 25% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works - 35% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work - 20% of the Estimated Project cost as the minimum Average Annual Turnover - 80% of the longest span or 100m, whichever is less, of the structure proposed in this project - 40% of the length Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover or 2km, whichever is less - 80% of the cross-sectional area of the proposed tunnel or two-lane highway tunnel cross-sectional area, whichever is less - 40% length of tunnel to be constructed or 2 km, whichever is less.
