The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the estimated cost of the project. For projects with an estimated cost above Rs.10 Cr and up to Rs. 50 Cr, the bidder should have: - One Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 03 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 3 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. - Alternatively, one Diploma holder with a minimum of 06 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 06 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. - A Quality Control Engineer with 3 years of experience. - A Survey Engineer with experience in Total Station Survey and knowledge of the latest Total Station equipment and other survey instruments. For projects with an estimated cost above Rs. 50 Cr, the bidder should have: - One Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 08 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 8 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects, including a minimum of 03 years of experience as a Project Manager. - One Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 05 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 5 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. - Alternatively, one Diploma holder with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 10 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. - A Quality Control Engineer with 03 years of experience. - A Survey Engineer with experience in Total Station Survey and knowledge of the latest Total Station equipment and other survey instruments. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work in the last seven and current financial years. Substantially completed works mean those works that are 90% completed on the date of submission.
