The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed similar works, with specific values and percentages mentioned for certain cost ranges. For works costing between Rs. 10 Crore up to Rs. 50 Crore, the required prior work experience includes: - One Graduate Engineer having minimum 3 years experience in Highway construction for Road Projects or minimum 3 years experience in bridge construction for Bridge Construction Projects. - One Diploma engineer with minimum 6 years experience in Highway construction for Road Projects or minimum 6 years experience in bridge construction for Bridge Construction Projects. - Quality Control Engineer having 3 Years experience. - One Survey Engineer having experience in Total Station Survey and having knowledge in latest Total Station Equipment and other survey instruments. For works costing between Rs. 50 Lakh to 1000 Lakh, a Degree holder in Engineering from a Govt recognised Institution or equivalent, with at least 4 years practical experience of works is required. For works costing between Rs. 7.5 Lakh to 50 Lakh, a Degree holder in Engineering from a Govt recognised Institution or equivalent, with at least 2 years practical experience of works is required. For works costing below Rs. 7.5 Lakh, a Diploma holder in Engineering from a Govt recognised Institution with adequate practical experience of works is required. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following values and percentages: - three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work - two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work - one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work in the last seven and current financial years. Substantially completed works are those that are 90% completed on the date of submission.
