The Borough Council Of Bolton (the Authority) Are Prepared To Receive Tenders For A Personal Budget Support Service That Will Consist Of 2 Procurement Lots Which Will Be Subject To The Information, Specification And Tender Package Enclosed. The Flexible Purchasing System (fps) Has Been Divided Into The Following 2 Lots: Lot 1 – Personal Budget Payroll And Supported Banking Services; Lot 2 – Personal Budget Brokerage Service. The Procurement Will Be An Open Tender But Will Be Operating As A Flexible Purchasing System (fps) Which Is An Open Pseudo-dynamic Fps Agreement Allowing Providers To Join The Pseudo-dynamic Fps Agreement During The Term Of The Agreement Via Rounds. Rounds Will Be Opened At Certain Times During The Term When There Is A Requirement Of Provision – Minimum Once A Year. This Is Round 2. The Term Of The Agreement Will Be From 1 October 2024 To 30 September 2030 Years With The Option To Extend For A Further Three (3) Years.
