These Commissioned Services Will Provide Longer-term Funding And Formal Contracting Arrangements That Provide Security And Opportunities For Business Growth And Development, A Clearer Focus On Jointly Agreed Outcome Measures, And Support The Ongoing Development And Growth Of The Vcse Sector Supporting Children, Young People And Vulnerable Adults Across Bolton.
