The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should meet one of the following conditions: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years, and provide details of works underway or contractually committed. The bidder should also provide the total monetary value of construction work performed during each of the last five years. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work assigns 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in-between cases. The bidder must secure at least 50% marks in each section, including experience in similar works, and 60% marks in aggregate to become eligible for shortlisting.
